Spinnaker Global is on the search for an IT Support Specialist for our client, a world-renowned cruise company based in West London.
Within this role you will be responsible for dealing with day to day IT activities, as well as offering 1st and 2nd line incident reports.
You will install software applications and system upgrades to desktop and laptop users, and provide support and aid computer users in a proactive and structured way.
Suitable candidates will hold MTA, MCSA and ITIL qualifications, and have a strong knowledge of Windows 10. A good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, networking, end-user support and escalation processes are also essential.
Please note candidates must already hold EU working entitlement to be considered.
