Are you an experienced sales professional with experience in coaching and managing a team? We're on the lookout for a Sales Manager to be based in Central London for a leading financial services provider!
Reporting the Associate Director of Sales you will be responsible for the full 360 sales cycle whilst helping with the daily management and growth of an existing sales team. You will help establishing coherent and lasting sales strategy to drive sales as well as sourcing new business with the aim of creating long term client relationships. Within this role you will need to provide pro-active leadership to sales consultants in the London, Reading and Birmingham offices acting as a mentor as well as manager.
For this position we are seeking experienced B2B sales candidates ideally within the professional services sector who have coached, mentored or managed a team. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate professionally and influence partners and senior level staff and have knowledge, training and sales delivery in full accountancy services.
