Our client is a growing Port Agency company based in London. They are seeking a Sales Coordinator who will be working directly with the Commercial Vice President to develop business opportunities with the UK.
You will be an integral part of the team as you will be dealing with proposals, working with the bid team and coordinating new contracts for clients.
This is a direct customer contact position, therefore, you will need to have excellent communication skills and ideally be familiar with using CRM systems as well as previous experience working within Customer Relationship Management.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will have close relationships with Commercials Managers across the team as you will be responsible for maximising customer value and profitability for the company. You will also be liaising with customers and across other teams.
Shipping experience is not essential for this position however would be advantageous.
You will be confident, possess a genuine interest in the business and have a background with supporting sales in a B2B environment.
