The Customer Service Executive's role will be to support clients in Europe with any queries related to the products or services provided to them by my client.
You will be expected to work closely with the Sales Managers to make sure you are delivering the highest level of service possible.
My client is a leading distributor of the best and most well-known maritime navigation paper and electronic chart brands under one structure.
The Group also benefits from a significant sub-distributor network covering countries within Europe, South America, Middle East and the Far East.
My client is not only consolidating the mainly paper based distribution channels for marine navigation products, but it is also allowing them to occupy the leading position in the development and sale of digital navigation based products globally.
We seek candidates with impeccable English, fluent Greek writing and speaking skills, as well as fluency in German with driven personalities and the highest levels of customer service ability.
EU working entitlement is needed and candidates based in Greece are preferred, due to the nature of the role.
